Good Ol' Me
My name is Ty Reed. I was raised in Gunnison, Colorado and I still live here today. That being said I have had plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Anything and everything from snowboarding to Elk hunting. Ever since being a little tyke I have craved nothing more than being outside. I’ve been running a muck since day one but at a young age my passion for fishing started. It has yet to slow down.
Any and all types of fishing works for me! I've fished all over the United States, from catching Speckled trout in Navarre Florida to fishing for Sea Bass in Neah Bay Washington. I love my home lake the most. I grew up catching Trout, Salmon, Lake Trout and Perch in Blue Mesa Reservoir. It's not always about what type of fish you are catching or how many, the size or even where. One of my favorite parts of fishing is being able to spend time with your loved ones and friends.
This is a site that I have created for anglers to learn on and to read and escape from the everyday work rush. If I could have it my way I would fish everyday but in reality I have a beautiful 6 month old daughter and my beautiful fiancé' to support. This is my way of going fishing everyday.
